From September 18th to the 10th of October 2026, the holiday home will be operated as a bed and breakfast for the first time. While the villa has previously only been rented out in its entirety, during this period it will be possible to book individual rooms. This will allow guests to enjoy the Villa Gaia atmosphere with complete flexibility.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet featuring fresh, regional, and handcrafted products. For a truly personalized stay, hostess Birgit is happy to attend to individual needs. Upon request, she can organize aperitivo afternoons, excursions, restaurant visits, and wine tastings – ensuring an unforgettable stay at Villa Gaia.

Rooms 1 to 4 have en-suite bathrooms located directly in or next to the bedroom. Rooms 5 and 6 share a so-called Jack-and-Jill bathroom – a bathroom with double sinks and lockable sliding doors, situated centrally between the rooms.

All guests have access to a spacious living area on the ground floor, which can be used communally and offers plenty of room to relax, read, or socialize. Guests can also help themselves to water, coffee and tea throughout the day in the ground-floor kitchen.
