Old shell, new core
After three years of restoration, the current Villa Gaia was created from a nameless and windowless ensemble of buildings. The old exterior walls of the two houses and the 18th century cellar vault of the large residential building were restored with the utmost care. Missing or dilapidated elements, such as the roofs and parts of the brick vaults, were reconstructed in the traditional Piedmontese style. As a contrast to the old building fabric, the main focus of the finishing and furnishing was on high comfort and exceptional design.
The former stables of the estate, the smaller of the two houses, had been converted into a loft-style home and is in private use by the owners. It is unoccupied and inaccessible during the rental periods of the large residential house.
The 300sqm main house and the outdoor facilities of Villa Gaia are fully equipped to ensure that you can feel carefree, relax and enjoy your holiday from the very first moment!
